We use our own professional engineers with 20 years experience to install and commission a fully comprehensive CCTV system with a live audio feed so we can warn would be intruders. Installation is free of charge for contracts over 12 weeks.
Procedure from First Point of Contact
When we receive an enquiry regarding CCTV the first thing we do is visit the site to conduct a site survey, this will help us decide if CCTV security is suitable for the site. If the site is suitable, we will then assess what sort of CCTV system would best suit the site and the installation layout. Once we are happy with the installation layout we will consult with the site manager to seek his approval. If the site manager approves the installation layout our engineers will then conduct a risk assessment and a safe method of working (method statement) and forward it to all concerned before work is carried out. Once the CCTV equipment is installed we will begin to transmit data/images back to our monitoring station and conduct a walk test, visual test and audio test. From first contact we aim to have an engineer on site with 48 hours to start installation, if this is not possible we will supply a security guard free of charge until an engineer becomes available (depending on time of first contact, not including weekends and bank holidays)
Intruders on Site
If we receive an activation from a site the site will immediately pop up in front of our controllers, the controller will then do a patrol of the site using the cameras, if the controller sees an intruder on site he will issues a verbal warning via the audio speaker system informing the intruders they are been remotely monitored and the police are on the way. 9 times out of 10 the intruders will leave site immediately without causing any damage of theft.
If the intruders fail to leave site we will contact the police immediately and deploy one of our mobile response vehicles (free of charge) we will continue to monitor the site until the Police or our response vehicle arrive on site.
We use the latest technology to constantly monitor your site, if we lose power or internet connection an alarm informs our controllers which will then deploy one of our mobile response vehicles to investigate,again this is free of charge.
